Company & billing

This page lists the legal entity that sells Gluedly and explains how we bill business customers. It is provided for procurement, finance, and compliance review—not as tax or legal advice.

How we bill

  • Subscription plans — Plans unlock concurrency lanes, scheduling, and included credits. Access is tied to an active plan payment recorded on your account.
  • Success-only usage credits — Credits are consumed only when a scrape completes with usable structured output. Failed requests, blocks, and empty extractions do not debit your balance.
  • Credit top-ups — You may purchase additional credits beyond your plan allowance. Top-up credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing.
  • Plan renewals — Renewal invoices or checkout links are issued before your access period ends so service is not interrupted.

Payment methods

Available methods depend on your region and account type. This deployment supports:

  • Invoice (pay by bank transfer) — We will email you an invoice for each billing period.
  • Pay later (we will contact you) — No payment is taken now. Our team may reach out to confirm your account.
  • Pay with Stripe — You will be redirected to Stripe Checkout to pay securely.

Card payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

For bank transfer, use the IBAN on your proforma invoice and quote the invoice number as the payment reference.

Invoices, VAT, and billing profile

  • Business (B2B) customers receive a proforma invoice when payment is pending and a tax invoice after payment is completed, provided billing details (company name, address, VAT number where applicable) are on file.
  • Individual (B2C) customers receive a payment receipt after completion; proforma invoices are not issued for consumers on this installation.
  • Listed prices are exclusive of VAT at 21% where applicable.
  • Invoice payment terms: 14 calendar days from issue date unless stated otherwise on the document.
  • After registration, download PDF invoices from Billing → Invoices and keep your company name, address, and VAT ID current under Profile → Billing details.

Vendor onboarding & procurement

For purchase orders, security questionnaires, or DPA review, email us from your corporate domain and include your company legal name, VAT ID, and billing address. We can provide invoice samples, subprocessor summaries (see the privacy policy), and answers about data residency on request.
